Dr Shum earned Doctor of Juridical Science from City University of Hong Kong and holds professional qualifications, including HKACG (CS, CGP), ACG (CS, CGP), CB and CFMPTM. With over 30 years’ experience in commercial and education sectors, commercial law and securities regulation are his favour fields to teach at HSUHK
