The School of Business recently hosted two inspiring events in collaboration with Cathay Pacific, creating valuable opportunities for students to explore careers in the aviation industry.
On 18 September 2025, our Career Talks & Workshop Series kicked off with a captivating session featuring representatives from Cathay Pacific. Students learned about building a global mindset and embracing change in a dynamic industry. The engaging discussions provided insights into exciting career pathways, from flight attendants to pilots and corporate roles.
Following this, the Early Careers Experience Day on 21 September offered students a hands-on experience at Cathay City. Participants enjoyed industry sharing from Cathay Pacific leaders, toured the facilities, and met graduate trainees. The day was filled with interactive activities, allowing participants to engage with various aspects of the aviation industry.
These events empowered our students with real-world insights and meaningful industry connections. We look forward to seeing them thrive in their future careers!
