We were honoured to host two members of its Academic Advisory Board for insightful sessions in October. Professor Xiao-Ping Chen from University of Washington shared her research on the topic of “Achieving Mutual Understanding Without Saying A Word: Conceptualization and Empirical Testing of Moqi and its Nomological Network” on 13 October, followed by Professor Yan Anthea Zhang from Rice University with the topic of “Surrounded by Family: Later-Generation Female Family CEOs and Firm Competitive Dynamics” on 30 October. After the research seminars, we have individual consultations for our faculty with the Board Members. Our faculty gained valuable perspectives from these meaningful exchanges.
