We are pleased to announce that Dr Rita Yip, the Programme Director for BBA-Professional Accountancy (BBA-PA), recently met with our External Examiners to discuss the upcoming revamp of the BBA-PA programme, which will take effect in AY2026/27.
During the meeting, Dr Yip engaged in productive discussion with Professor Kenny Lin, the External Examiner for the Programme, and Professor Shanshan Shi, the External Examiner for the Department of Accountancy. The focus was on the revamped curriculum, which aims to enhance academic flexibility and better support our students in navigating the evolving pathways within the accountancy profession.
Both External Examiners expressed their strong support for the proposed changes, highlighting how the improved programme structure will better equip students to meet the demands of this dynamic and rapidly changing field.
We are excited about these enhancements and look forward to the implementation, ensuring our students receive the best education possible in the world of accountancy.
