Leslie Waters Chair in International Business at Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. Her research focuses on global strategy, particularly in the areas of international strategic alliances, and institutional influences on activities of both established multinational enterprises and international new ventures. She has published over 50 academic articles and perspectives on these and other topics. Many of her articles were published in top-tier academic journals including the\u00a0<em>Journal of International Business Studies<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Academy of Management Journal<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Strategic Management Journal<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Organization Science<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Journal of Business Venturing<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Journal of World Business<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Journal of International Management<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Global Strategy Journal<\/em>, and\u00a0<em>Management International Review<\/em>.
