(WILP)\u662f\u5546\u5b78\u9662\u6838\u5fc3\u7684\u9ad4\u9a57\u5f0f\u5b78\u7fd2\u9805\u76ee\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u9023\u7d50\u8ab2\u5802\u7406\u8ad6\u8207\u5b78\u8853\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u8cbc\u5408\u771f\u5be6\u8077\u5834\u5be6\u52d9\u3002\u900f\u904e\u5177\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u5be6\u7fd2\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u5b78\u751f\u53ef\u6df1\u5165\u8a8d\u8b58\u5546\u696d\u904b\u4f5c\u3001\u63a2\u7d22\u5408\u9069\u7684\u8077\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u70ba\u7562\u696d\u5f8c\u5c31\u696d\u505a\u597d\u5be6\u52d9\u88dd\u5099\u3002\u6db5\u84cb\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7684\u5546\u5b78\u9662\u672c\u79d1\u5b78\u751f\u9808\u5b8c\u6210 WILP \u65b9\u53ef\u7562\u696d\uff0c\u6709\u95dc\u8981\u6c42\u5c07\u6309\u5165\u5b78\u6279\u6b21\u5206\u968e\u6bb5\u63a8\u884c\u3002<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Students holding an existing part-time job or internship may apply for WILP recognition for an extended period of the role, provided that the extended duration meets the minimum requirement of 135 WILP hours.<\/p>\n<p>Normally WILP assignments can happen any time during the calendar year. Students are required to submit their application online via the <a href=\"https:\/\/ecampus.hsu.edu.hk\/fems\/application\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/ecampus.hsu.edu.hk\/fems\/application\/\">Internship Management System (IMS)<\/a> at least one week before commencement of WILP assignment. The Company Supervisor is responsible for arranging a work placement aligned with the student\u2019s academic curriculum and professional development objectives. They are expected to fully fulfil their assigned work duties, actively apply classroom knowledge and subject expertise to practical tasks, and proactively seek supervisory guidance to achieve their predefined learning outcomes. At all times, students must maintain a professional, diligent and respectful demeanour, and fully adhere to the host organisation\u2019s internal policies, workplace codes of conduct, and health and safety protocols.<\/p>\n<p>Students must also maintain regular, transparent communication with both their company supervisor and designated HSUHK WILP Supervisor, and uphold the University\u2019s reputation throughout the placement. In addition, students are required to submit a mid-term progress report to the HSUHK WILP Supervisor at the midpoint of the WILP period.<\/p>\n<p>Once a WILP placement is approved and has commenced, any termination of the approved role or change of position without valid justification will result in an <em>\u201cIncomplete\u201d<\/em> grade. If termination of the WILP placement is necessary, students must notify their designated HSUHK WILP Supervisor immediately.
