The panel members evaluated our BBA-FB Programme to ensure that we meet the required standards to include a new minor in &#8220;Real Estate Finance and Investment&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>We are proud to share that this new minor has successfully received accreditation from the esteemed RICS. This accreditation underscores our commitment to providing high-quality education that meets industry standards and prepares our students for successful careers in the real estate sector.<\/p>\n\n<p>The &#8220;Real Estate Finance and Investment&#8221; minor will offer students an in-depth understanding of key concepts in real estate and equip students with the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of real estate finance. We believe that this new offer will not only enhance our curriculum but also provide our students with valuable insights and opportunities in the growing field of real estate.<\/p>\n\n<p>Thank you for the support from RICS!
