They are high level understanding of the industry and anything topical, communication skills, analytical skills, willingness to learn and curiosity, proactiveness and team mindset. Besides, Damian shared with us the actuary path in Hong Kong: student member, associate member and together with ASHK certification, they finally become fellow member.<\/p>\n\n<p>Students showed eagerness in asking questions after the talk.
