[Department of Economics and Finance] CFA Preparatory courses – Alumni Sharing

The Department of Economics and Finance has hosted the CFA preparatory courses – Alumni Sharing on 9 June 2023.

CFA Preparatory Course 2022/23 for CFA Examination Level 1 was successfully held from 5 June to 9 June 2023. The CFA Preparatory Course is designed to be a progressive course, mapping what students have learnt in their studies with the content of CFA Examination level 1. Students were introduced to the syllabus and related topics. On the last day of the course (9 June 2023), the Department of Economics and Finance invited 5 alumni to share their experience in the CFA Examination. During the sharing, our alumni shared their points of view on how to prepare for the examination and had an in-depth discussion with our students, such as time management and key challenges of part-time study alongside work commitment. After the sharing, our alumni and teachers stayed behind and mingled with our students.
