A team of students from BBA-MGT and other programmes, was awarded one of the best 3 teams in the SSRC Consultancy Project (2021-22). The competition provided an opportunity for students to work with entrepreneurs and business executives to deal with real-life problems.
The team chose City’s Treasure, a social enterprise aiming at preserving small shops and to promoting neighborhood spirit by providing local tour services to organization, as their project focus. The team provided a comprehensive development plan, including management, marketing, as well as strategic solutions to the founders of City’s Treasure. The students gained first-hand experiences in dealing with managerial problems from this consultancy project, while their proposed plan also offers new insights for the company.
