Biography

Dr Chan has been engaged in the Higher Education sector for over 20 years, responsible for course planning and programme re-accreditation, curriculum development, coordinating projects, and teaching Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree courses in the areas of Business & Management, Tourism, Hospitality, Events Management, Media and Communications, and Transport & Logistics. He is also responsible for organising and supervising students’ Job Placement, Student Internship Programme, and Business Research Projects. Previously, Dr Chan had gained broad exposure to both local and multinational working environments, acquiring extensive experience in management, customer services, and training within the hospitality and airline industries.
