Biography

Dr Amy (Yamei) Wang obtained her PhD in Management and Masters of Economics from the University of Hong Kong (HKU). She also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia (UBC). Originally from Canada, she has been in Hong Kong for more than 15 years and has taught previously at the University of Hong Kong and the Community College of City University. In addition to teaching, Dr Wang’s research interests include social exclusion, prosocial behaviours, group dynamics and social information processing.
