Programme Objectives
The programme motto is ‘Managing People Professionally in the New Era.’ This programme aims to cultivate human resource professionals to respond to the ever-evolving business landscape. To equip students with practical knowledge and future career, students are generally required to complete an HRM internship module. Our students gain HR experiences across different industries, e.g., hotel industry, property management, financial companies, etc.

Programme Intended Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the Programme, students should be able to:
- Address professional and personal challenges through application of the inter-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary knowledge acquired.
- Possess effective communication ability in a business environment, work as a team player to integrate effectively the skills and knowledge acquired, and be able to manage independent lifelong learning.
- Evaluate own contributions and responsibilities in becoming responsible employees, business leaders and business partners.
- Possess broad horizons and be inquisitive about various global issues and developments such as politics, cultures, social sciences and technologies.
- Experience different cultures in an international context.
- Analyse and solve problems in a global business context

Academic Structure
Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) in Human Resource Management is a four-year programme. Students are required to take a total number of 41 modules with 3 credits each (except 3 English modules with 2 credits each), including 16 modules in General Education & Generic Skills, 11 modules in Business Education, 12 modules in the Specialty in Human Resource Management and 2 Free Elective modules.
