Biography

Dr Jessie Cheung is an Assistant Professor of Management at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. She received her PhD from Nanyang Technology University’s College of Business, Division of Strategy, International Business, and Entrepreneurship. Dr Cheung’s research areas are entrepreneurship and sustainability, with a focus on social and sustainable entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial finance, and stakeholder relationship. Before transitioning to academia, Jessie spent 18 years in front-office and management roles across investment and corporate banking, corporate finance in multinational corporation, and management consulting, primarily in Greater China and Southeast Asia.
