Biography

Dr Kong is an Assistant Professor of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK). She obtained a PhD in organizational behavior in 2012 from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr Kong’s research interests include leadership, innovation, proactivity and mentorship. She has also been involved in consultancy work relating to Strategic Plan and Human Resource Management for organizations. Dr Kong’s teaching interests include Training and Development and Business Policy and Strategy.
