Biography

Dr Chen received her LL.B. (Honors) in Civil and Commercial Law. Her first LL.M. is in Commercial Law, and her second LL.M. is in International and Comparative Law. She obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Hong Kong. She passed the Legal Practitioner’s Qualification of the People’s Republic of China in 2006 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011. She has worked at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (previously Hang Seng Management College) since 2012. She conducts teaching in P.R.C. Company Law, Hong Kong Business Law, and Legal Systems in the Greater China Area. Her research interests include the following areas: law and sustainability, comparative Chinese law, business, and corporate law.
