Biography

Dr Li is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management. She obtained her doctoral degree from Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University in 2025. Before pursuing doctoral studies, she completed her master’s degree at the University of Hong Kong and her bachelor’s degree at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and worked in the banking industry for three years.

Research and Teaching Interests

Her research explores how firms achieve innovation and technological upgrading in global contexts. Her work also delves into the digitalisation in international and domestic markets. She possesses a diverse range of teaching interests. In addition to teaching courses aligned with her research interests, such as strategic and technological management, international business and digital platforms, she is also enthusiastic about instructing courses that expand beyond her core research, such as entrepreneurship.
