Executive Mentorship Programme
There is always a gap between school learning and the real-world environment. Learning from the university prepares a student to develop his/her own potential and to adapt to a dynamic world. This programme aims to enhance students’ understanding of the real-world environment, build up social networks and obtain advice for career and personal development through professional coaching and interaction with successful senior professionals and executives.
Year 1 – 4 students from BBA-MGT, HRM and GBM are welcome.
Objectives
- To develop students’ career path and career aspirations under mentors’ professional skills
- To help students have a better understanding of themselves and also the industry
- To build up social networks with senior professionals
- To develop students’ confidence in communicating with senior professionals

Requirements
- This programme is open for ALL Year of students from BBA-MGT, HRM and GBM
- Successful applicants are required to attend the Kick-off Gathering and activity during the mentoring period
- Students need to keep a logbook to record each meeting’s content and all valuable information and feedback
- Mentor will offer mentee a valuable review on progress and recommendation for future action at the year-end section
