CFA Preparatory Course – Lunch Gathering + Experience Sharing

A 5-day CFA Preparatory Course was offered by the Department of Economics and Finance from 27 May to 31 May 2024 for EAF students. By mapping the knowledge and skills acquired in their respective programmes with CFA Level 1 topics, students were able to deepen their understanding and enhance their problem-solving abilities with the CFA curriculum. 

To conclude the course, the Department organized a lunch gathering, allowing our students, alumni, and academic staff to engage in meaningful discussions. The highlight of this event was the presence of successful CFA exam passers from our alumni network, who generously shared their exam tips and internship/job experiences with our students.  

In addition to providing a 5-day CFA Preparatory Course from May 27 to May 31, 2024, the Department hosted a lunch gathering on the last day of the course to let our students, alumni, and academic staff enjoy more casual chat and meaningful interactions.  

We have prepared different refreshments and drinks to ensure that participants have a delightful time enjoying themselves with each other. Besides, a captivating experience-sharing session was conducted, featuring accomplished alumni who have successfully passed the CFA exams. They generously imparted valuable advice to our aspiring students regarding exam strategies and shared insightful anecdotes from their internships and professional endeavors, enriching the educational experience for them.
