    Marketing Communications Effectiveness: The Role of Experiential Technology and Artificial intelligence

    On August 30, 2024, we coorganised an interesting seminar titled “Marketing Communications Effectiveness: The Role of Experiential Technology and Artificial Intelligence.” The event featured a distinguished panel consisting of Mr. Arthur Chan, Vice Chairman of Interactive Advertising Bureau Hong Kong (IABHK), and Prof. John Ford, Professor of Marketing and International Business at Old Dominion University, USA.

    They shared their expertise on how experiential technology and artificial intelligence can elevate marketing communications. The seminar drew a diverse audience of 100 onsite and online participants, including students, faculty members, and industry professionals. Dr. Fanny Chan, Head of the Department of Marketing, moderated the dialogue session, fostering a fruitful and engaging discussion among attendees.
