On 2 December 2025, students from the BBA (Hons) in Corporate Governance and Compliance joined a company visit to Computershare Hong Kong under the Student Ambassador Programme organised by The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI). Hosted at Computershare’s office, the visit offered an inside look at the global leader in transfer agency, share registration and governance-related services.
Students heard about the firm’s mission, culture and business operations, and toured the Investor Services Department and Shareholder Service Counter. The team also introduced its Internship Programme (April–June 2026), providing pathways for practical training and early career development.
This business engagement reflects BBA-CGC programme’s commitment to professional education and training, built on close collaboration with professional bodies, employers and the business community. Through these partnerships, our students benefit from applied learning and internship opportunities that connect classroom knowledge with real-world corporate governance and compliance services.

The Department will continue to strengthen industry ties and expand practice-based activities that prepare graduates to contribute professionally to Hong Kong’s corporate governance ecosystem.
