The Department of Management was honored to host Professor Sea-Jin Chang from the National University of Singapore on 22 January 2026, for an insightful Management Research Seminar titled “The Role of Intermediary Holding Companies in Multinational Ownership Hierarchy.” Professor Chang, a distinguished scholar and valued member of the Department’s Academic Advisory Board, shared his latest research findings and provided thought-provoking perspectives on the structure and efficiency of multinational enterprises.

The seminar provided a valuable opportunity for faculty to engage with a leading scholar in the field of multinational firm management and international business.

Professor Chang shared his perspectives on multinational ownership structures and the strategic role of intermediary entities, drawing on his extensive research on diversified multinational firms, corporate growth, and international business strategy.
