High Profile Alumni Dinner Strengthens School of Business Partnerships

The School of Business (SBUS) at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong successfully hosted its High Profile Alumni Dinner on 15 January, bringing together a group of specially selected high-profile alumni and School representatives for an evening of warm reconnection and thoughtful exchange on the School’s future development.

During the dinner, Professor Sam Park, Dean of the School of Business, shared the School’s new vision and five-year strategic plan, highlighting upcoming priorities designed to strengthen academic quality, deepen industry engagement, and expand our global reach.

Alumni also shared valuable insights on the rapidly evolving business landscape, offering perspectives drawn from their diverse professional experience. Their contributions underscored the importance of close collaboration between the School and its alumni community, particularly in ensuring that our programmes remain relevant and forward-looking.

The School is encouraged by the strong interest expressed by alumni in supporting a range of initiatives—from mentorship and industry partnerships to programme development, and the establishment of scholarships. This commitment highlights the enduring connection within the SBUS community and our shared aspiration for excellence.

Attendees also expressed keen interest in participating in the School’s first Alumni Gala Dinner, which will be held in May 2026. This milestone event will be a celebration of collective achievements and an opportunity to reconnect with the wider alumni community.

The School of Business extends its heartfelt appreciation to all alumni who joined this meaningful evening. Their continued support plays a vital role in driving the School’s mission and shaping its future success.
