During the research seminar, Professor Xiao-Ping Chen discussed her study on Moqi, focusing on the workplace interpersonal dynamics beyond the Chinese cultural context.
Professor Anthea Zhang shared her study about how gender stereotypes affect later-generation family CEOs, which contributes to research on female leadership and family firm dynamics.
