On 28 January 2026, students joined 22 dedicated mentors and faculty for an engaging dinner filled with meaningful conversations. This kick-off ceremony successfully launched our Mentorship Programme, fostering professional relationships through inspiring discussions and shared insights that created valuable networking opportunities.
The warm atmosphere encouraged open dialogue as mentors generously shared career advice, industry insights, and personal experiences. Students actively engaged, asking thoughtful questions about career planning, workplace challenges, and professional development, building connections that will benefit them throughout their academic and professional journeys.
The event not only strengthened our department’s mentorship community but also set a promising foundation for ongoing mentor-mentee relationships. We’re excited to see these partnerships grow and support our students’ career aspirations throughout the year.
