“I thought my CV was solid—until I spotted those easy fixes,” one EAF student shared after the 5 March 2026 resume workshop. By session’s end, she had sharper phrasing and confidence to pitch it in interviews.
EAF partnered with the Student Affairs Office for “Master Your Resume and Interview Skills: Tips for Using Gen AI in Your Job Search.” SAO career advisors dissected real resumes live, exposing blind spots like vague bullets and buried achievements.
Students teamed up to circle errors and rewrite sections on sample CVs (Exhibit 1), turning tips into instant edits.

One-on-one feedback followed, with advisors fine-tuning personal drafts on the spot. “It’s the first time I’ve received feedback this specific,” another participant said. The day closed with a group shot of SAO career advisors, EAF faculty, and students (Exhibit 2).

Participants called it a vital “reality check” before recruitment ramps up—leaving with reworked CVs and standout-interview strategies. In the words of one student walking out of the venue: “I came in with a resume. I’m leaving with a strategy.”
