School of Business Celebrates Faculty and Student Achievements at School Ceremony 2024/25

The School of Business of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong held its School Ceremony 2024/25 on 19 March 2026, bringing together faculty members, students and guests for an evening of celebration.

The Ceremony honoured outstanding achievements in teaching, research and academic performance over the past academic year. More than 250 awardees, including faculty members and students from a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, were recognised for their dedication, excellence and progress.

The Ceremony began with welcoming remarks by Professor Sam PARK, Distinguished University Professor and Dean of the School of Business, who congratulated all award recipients and thanked colleagues and students for their dedication throughout the year.

A number of faculty awards were first presented, including the School of Business Teaching Award and Research Excellence Award, recognising faculty members for their contributions to teaching and research. This was followed by the presentation of student awards, including the Dean’s List and Best Progress Award, which acknowledge students with outstanding academic performance and significant improvement.

Student awardees represented a wide range of programmes across the School, including postgraduate programmes such as the Master of Business Management (MBM) and MSc in Entrepreneurial Management (MSc‑EM), as well as undergraduate programmes across Accountancy, Economics and Finance, Management and Marketing.

The evening concluded with closing remarks by Professor PARK, followed by a group photo session and a tea reception, providing an opportunity for awardees, faculty members and guests to celebrate together.

The School of Business extends its warmest congratulations to all award recipients and looks forward to continuing to support excellence in teaching, research and student achievement.
