Dr. Kwok Yuen Fan is an Assistant Professor at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK). He received his Ph.D. in Real Estate Economics from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. His research focuses on real estate finance, sustainability and corporate finance. He has taught undergraduate courses at Beijing Normal-Hong Kong Baptist University and HSUHK.
