Ms Woo is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Finance in the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. She received her Master of Philosophy in Economics and Bachelor of Social Science in Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also received her Postgraduate Diploma in Education in the University of Hong Kong and her Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accountancy in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She teachers various Economics and Finance courses, namely, Business Economics, Financial Management and Corporate Finance. Her research interest areas are labour economics, corporate finance and financial management. Professionally she is a CFA charterholder.
