The Department of Management was delighted to host a Business Experience Sharing Seminar on 5 February featuring Mr Ernest Chan, Founder of AESIR.hk, who shared invaluable insights on “Social Entrepreneurship in AI Times”. The session aimed to inspire students by demonstrating how innovative technologies such as augmented and virtual reality can drive meaningful social impact, particularly in supporting communities with special needs.
Throughout the seminar, students responded with tremendous enthusiasm, actively participating in discussions and posing thoughtful questions about entrepreneurship, technology applications, and social good. Their engagement reflected not only intellectual curiosity but also a genuine desire to harness innovation for positive societal change.
The seminar broadened students’ perspectives on social entrepreneurship and motivated them to translate academic knowledge into tangible social impact.
