MKT CEO Talk by Wheelock Properties

On 16 October, the Department of Marketing hosted Mr. Ricky Wong, MH, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Wheelock Properties. He shared his career journey and the “Seasons” case study, which involves how Wheelock applies marketing research concepts in project development with nearly 100 students and staff. 

Aware that most attendees were final-year students, Mr. Wong generously offered to assist them in their job searches. He also invited students to visit Wheelock’s Sales Suite on 30 October. The event was over-subscribed, with more than 50 students participating. It was a rare opportunity for them to gain first-hand insight into the marketing strategy behind “Seasons,” which became the best-selling project of 2024.
