Exciting Developments from the EFMD Deans Conference and Expands Global Partnerships

We are thrilled to share some fantastic highlights from Dean Park’s recent participation in the EFMD Deans Conference, themed “New Realities, Bold Choices: Reinventing the Business School.” AI was a central focus, unveiling new opportunities for business schools. The discussions centered on developing innovative institutional AI strategies, aligning with Dean Park’s bottom-up, capability-driven approach. His vision empowers both faculty and students to harness practical AI skills, ensuring our academic programs stay at the cutting edge and our graduates are well-prepared for the future workforce.

In a significant development, we are pleased to report that the EFMD President and EQUIS Chair have expressed positive support for our EQUIS accreditation process. We will be working diligently on this front and look forward to providing updates as we progress.

In addition to discussions on AI and accreditation, Dean Park has established four new partnerships over the last ten days. The first is with the University of Coimbra in Portugal, one of Western Europe’s oldest universities, boasting a remarkable enrollment of over 20,000 students. The second partnership is with Corvinus University of Budapest, recognised as Hungary’s top business school with an advanced fintech centre, where we are exploring joint seminars and conferences.

We are also thrilled to team up with Comenius University in Bratislava, which offers vibrant international exchange opportunities, including Erasmus scholarships to enrich our students’ experiences. Finally, we have partnered with Modul University Vienna, a dynamic institution of around 800 students keen on collaborations that go beyond student exchanges to include impactful faculty exchanges and innovative joint research projects.

These partnerships signify our commitment to enhancing international collaboration and expanding our academic offerings. Stay tuned for more updates as we progress in our initiatives and partnerships!
