The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) successfully hosted the “Forum on Responsible AI and Cybersecurity” on 5 March 2026, as one of the initiatives under The 15th Junzi Corporation Project. The forum focused on the opportunities and challenges of AI in Hong Kong’s digital business landscape, with discussions on the ethical responsibilities of technology applications, strengthening cybersecurity governance, and safeguarding stakeholder interests.
The forum brought together three distinguished speakers from different sectors: Mr Vincent Leung, Head of Presales Specialist at Ricoh Hong Kong Limited; Mr Horace Ma, Head of Cybersecurity at Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited; and Mr Delon Wong, Director of Information Technology at HSUHK. They explored key topics including responsible AI practices, integrating the five Junzi virtues into digital ethics, harnessing AI to unlock corporate potential, and jointly building a trustworthy and sustainable digital society.
The panel discussion and interactive Q&A session were moderated by Mr Ricky Lam, Associate Dean (Enterprise and Business Engagement) of the School of Business at HSUHK. Together with the moderator, the three speakers discussed public awareness of AI ethics and risks, regulatory trends, risk management strategies, and pathways to advance cross-sectoral ethical AI practices.
Following the forum, all participants joined an exclusive AI Live Showcase Tour hosted by Ricoh Hong Kong Limited, where they stepped into real-world work scenarios, observed AI technology in action, and gained concrete insights into how AI integrates into and enhances daily workflows..
The forum embodied the core mission of The Junzi Corporation Project. Organised by HSUHK, the Project promotes the five junzi virtues — Benevolence (仁), Righteousness (義), Propriety (禮), Wisdom (智), and Trustworthiness (信) — in corporate governance and business ethics, nurturing responsible business leaders and elevating ethical standards across Hong Kong’s business community.
