Throughout my studies, I have had the invaluable opportunity to partake in internships that have played a pivotal role in shaping my professional development. These internships have provided me with hands-on experiences, allowing me to learn from seasoned professionals and gain a comprehensive understanding of various HR operations, HR information systems, and the challenges associated with them.
