The School of Business of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) recently participated in the Autumn Education Fair (Shenzhen), meeting students in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) who are interested in pursuing postgraduate studies in Hong Kong. The fair provided an opportunity for prospective students to learn about its its taught postgraduate programmes, admission requirements and career prospects.
Dr Julia Liu, Associate Programme Director of the Master of Business Management (MBM), and Dr Jessie Cheung Sze, Associate Programme Director of the Master of Science in Entrepreneurial Management (MSc-EM) , represented the School at the event. They introduced the programmes’ learning focus, teaching approach, and practical opportunities, and offered tailored advice based on students’ academic backgrounds and career goals.

Dr Liu said: “MBM programme helps students from different undergraduate backgrounds build business knowledge, judgement, and problem-solving skills through case studies, group work, and practice-based learning. It is a strong foundation for those planning to move into management, marketing, or strategy-related roles.”
Dr Cheung added: “Entrepreneurship is not only for those who want to start a business. MSc-EM programme helps students turn ideas into actionable plans, from identifying market opportunities to developing business models and managing projects. These skills are valuable whether students start their own ventures or drive innovation within organisations.”
