School of Business Welcomes Future Leaders from Secondary and Tertiary Institutions

The School of Business was delighted to engage with over 150 local secondary students and a university delegation from mainland China during a vibrant first week of July, showcasing our diverse academic offerings and dynamic campus life.

From 4 to 10 July, senior year students from Pope Paul VI College, Yan Oi Tong Chan Wong Suk Fong Memorial Secondary School, and Yuen Long Public Secondary School participated in a series of interactive workshops, insightful academic sessions, and guided campus tours. Led by our esteemed faculty, the events sparked curiosity and enthusiasm among the students, introducing essential business concepts such as marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship, while offering valuable glimpses into our undergraduate programmes.

On 7 July, the School hosted 15 students and 2 faculty members from Guangzhou College of Technology and Business (GZGS), coordinated by Ms. Joanna KWOK of the MBM Programme Advisory Committee. The visit included an engaging overview of the MBM Programme by Associate Programme Directors Dr King King LI and Dr Eko LIAO, followed by a campus tour that allowed the GZGS delegation to experience the academic environment and vibrant student life at HSUHK firsthand.

The overwhelmingly positive response from both secondary and tertiary students is a testament to the School’s reputation as a nurturing and forward-looking institution. These visits not only deepened cross-border ties but also underscored HSUHK’s role in shaping the next generation of business talent.
