The Department of Management adheres to a people-oriented philosophy and embraces the spirit of liberal arts, aiming to nurture a new generation of management professionals. The department offers three programmes—BBA in Management (BBA-MGT), BBA in Human Resource Management (BBA-HRM), and BBA in Global Business Management (BBA-GBM)—each emphasising whole-person development while maintaining distinct academic focuses.
