Overview

The Department of Management adheres to a people-oriented philosophy and embraces the spirit of liberal arts, aiming to nurture a new generation of management professionals. The department offers three programmes—BBA in Management (BBA-MGT), BBA in Human Resource Management (BBA-HRM), and BBA in Global Business Management (BBA-GBM)—each emphasising whole-person development while maintaining distinct academic focuses. Through local and overseas internship and exchange opportunities, our students gain valuable experiences and competitive advantages to meet the challenges of today’s dynamic work environment.
