Overview
“The Department of Marketing equips students with contemporary knowledge and skills to navigate the opportunities and challenges in the global, digital age of the 21st century. Currently, we offer a specialised degree programme (BBA-MKT) and a general degree programme (BBA-GB).

We are committed to the development of both professional expertise and all-round competence in our students. In particular, experiential, interactive, project-based, and case-based learning is the cornerstone of BBA-MKT and BBA-GB. Learning activities are typically in the form of tasks and assignments that engage students in active thinking, analysing, creating, and communicating. Our students and alumni have distinguished themselves from their peers, having received accolades in many local and international competitions.
Our faculty members are a well-balanced team of professionals, all with advanced degrees from major universities in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, the UK, and the USA. In addition to excellence and innovation in business education, our members regularly publish their research in major academic and professional journals. We also have practical experience in a wide range of industries, including advertising, banking and financial services, energy and resources, food services, IT, logistics, product management, retailing, and social media.
