The Award Presentation Ceremony of the Creative Video Contest on “What is Corporate Governance?” was successfully held on 26 June 2026 at the office of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors (HKIoD). Organised by the Corporate Governance Development Foundation Fund Limited (CGDFF) and supported by The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) School of Business (SBUS) and HKIoD, the ceremony marked the culmination of an inspiring competition that encouraged students to creatively explore the importance of good corporate governance.
The event brought together faculty members, contest participants, and distinguished guests, including Dr the Hon Moses Cheng Mo-chi, Chairman of the Council of HSUHK, and representatives from CGDFF, HKIoD and SBUS, to celebrate the outstanding achievements of the contestants. After careful deliberation by the judging panel, the top three winners were announced:
• Champion: YUNG Ming Yin (BBA-FAFT, Year 1) (Cash Prize: HK$15,000)
• 1st Runner-up: LI Yan Wing Rachel (BBA-MGT, Year 1) (Cash Prize: HK$10,000)
• 2nd Runner-up: LAU Ka Ho (BBA-MGT, Year 4) (Cash Prize: HK$5,000)

Each winner received a certificate of award and a cash prize in recognition of their creativity, engaging storytelling, and clear communication of corporate governance principles. Their winning videos will be showcased at the HKIoD Annual Dinner cum Awards Ceremony for Director Excellence on 26 November 2026, providing a prestigious platform to highlight their outstanding work.
In addition to the top three winners, the other four shortlisted teams were also presented with certificates of merit to recognise their excellent contributions and efforts throughout the contest.
