Following the Department’s New Students Welcome Day, the three programmes—MGT, HRM and GBM—each held their own orientation activities to give new students the chance to build close connections with their peers and programme teachers.
All three programmes actively encouraged students to take part in the mentorship programme, internship programme and overseas exchanges, while helping them gain better self-awareness to prepare for the various challenges of university life.
Each programme’s orientation had its own unique vibe: GBM themed their session “Getting Started on Your University Journey,” where students sparked teamwork and creativity through the egg-standing challenge; meanwhile, HRM and MGT used fun and relaxed ice-breaking games to promote interaction among students.
This series of orientation activities provided valuable opportunities for new students to get to know each other and build strong connections. We look forward to seeing our new cohort bring their passion and energy as they embark on a fulfilling and exciting university journey!
