Prof Piyush Sharma, Professor of Marketing at Curtin University in Australia, shared his experience of research on Intercultural Service Encounters (ICSEs). Prof Sharma explained how he identified a meaningful research gap in the field, then converted into a novel research idea and further developed it into a full-fledged research stream over the years. The seminar was well-received by participants and guaranteed enthusiastic discussion.
