    The Department of Accountancy organised the first Professional Bodies Briefing Session for the Academic Year 2021/22 on 7 October 2021 to provide students with latest information on various professional bodies and their respective qualifications. Representatives of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) (arranged in alphabetical order) were invited to introduce the main features of their professional qualifications and examinations.     MonsoonSIM Enterprise Resource Management (Online Business Simulation Game) Hong Kong Competition completed successfully on 12-June 2021. This year, 11 teams of HSUHK students participated in the captioned event. After the first round of competition, Team Ambition, Team Brilliantstan, Team Geni+us and Team NexTTrendyLeveL were shortlisted as four of the top 9 teams. They entered into the Grand Final Round of competition. Finally, Team Geni+us won the Champion and Team NexTTrendyLeveL won the 2nd runner-up in this competition.     School of Business Graduation Ceremony was held on 1 April 2021 for the classes of 2019 and 2020 in recognition of their academic accomplishment. The Department of Accountancy has set up a photo booth for both BBA (with Accounting Concentration) (BBA-ACC) and BBA in Corporate Governance (BBA-CG) graduates to celebrate at this remarkable moment. Although the ceremony was unlike those in previous years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was glad that graduates were satisfied with the opportunities to come together with the school community and share the joy with their families, classmates and teachers during the in-person convocation.     Congratulations to Ms. CHEUNG Cheuk Nam, Vanessa (BBA-CG, Year 3) for being awarded the Our Future Scholarship 2021, launched by the Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation. Being one of the 15 awardees among over 300 applicants, Vanessa impressed the selection panel with her outstanding performance at the final interview and her extensive community services experience. Vanessa has planned to establish the social enterprise “City’s Treasure” since 2016 after getting inspiration from the social visit on the small stores in Tai Po and the North District.
