Guest Lecture on Corporate Governance and Company Secretary

A guest lecture was organised by the Department of Accountancy on 24 March 2015. The lecture was delivered by Mr Patrick Sung, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of Guangnan (Holdings) Limited, and by Ms Candy Wong, Director – Education and Examinations of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, on “Corporate Governance and Company Secretary”. The guest lecture was attended by around 100 students and staff from the Department of Accountancy.
