Guest Lecture on Talent Solutions – Sourcing and Search Tool

Guest Lecture on “Talent Solutions – Sourcing and Search Tool” was successfully held on 22 March 2018. Ms Carmen Mak, Relationship Manager at LinkedIn shared her views and explained that some online platforms, like LinkedIn, acted as alternative job search tools, which might search talents from a more diverse applicant pool and reach out to “passive” applicants efficiently and effectively. Ms Mak’s well-illustrated and informative speech was very appreciated and attracted audiences from students to teachers.

The guest lecture ended with an interactive Q&A session in which many students raised insightful questions.
