Management Night, which was one of the highlighted departmental activities, was held on 3 November 2016. It included both informative and entertaining sessions, namely Career Path with Module Selection, Programme Curriculum & Course Registration and Personal Tutor Meeting.
In the first two sessions, module selection tips as well as course registration procedures were shared with students in order to help students’ better understand how to choose modules and register courses. We also invited students to share their own experiences and then they were divided into groups to discuss their thoughts and problems with our experienced teaching staff members. All attendees enjoyed the fruitful talk very much.
The Personal Tutor Meeting, which aimed at helping students adapt to the college life, was held at the end of the Management Night. Apart from arranging students to consult with personal tutor, we also arranged a series of talent show performance as well as hearty dinner for students. Students enjoyed the food while watching the talent show. It was an unforgettable night for both teaching staff members and students.
