Outline
There are two levels to using or integrating charting to invest or trade in the financial markets.
The first level is commonly known as charting and many investors apply it almost mechanically to make their buy or sell decision. They will either look for indicators pointing to an overbought and cross-down situation to sell and vice versa to buy.
The second level is a lateral method in analysing into price movements and a study of the behavioural science or market psychology. In short, when we analyse the price actions of any market we always ask ourselves: “What is the market telling us?”
Therefore, technical trading is the study of the behavioural science, it explains why people make irrational financial decisions and greed of the insiders.
In these sessions, the speaker will breakdown all of the above into digestible size. At the end, you will learn to see and analyse the Singapore market in a different spectrum.
