根據學生事務處（SAO）2018年度畢業生就業調查結果，BBA-MGT本屆畢業生就業率為百分之一百（就業率百分之九十六；升學率百分之四），也是本屆唯一達至全體就業（或升學）的課程。是次調查BBA-MGT畢業生的回應率為百分之九十八，在所有課程中排行第二。
這是令人鼓舞的消息，是本系師生共同努力的成果，也為學弟妹樹立良好的榜樣，作為未來的方向和目標。 -

BBA-MGT課程在2018年12月5日（也就是恒生管理學院正名為香港恒生大學之後第一個畢業典禮的日期），有了第一批畢業生，而恒生大學管理學系校友會（HSUMAA）也正式成立，並於2018年12月15日舉行了首次聚會。該聚會在銅鑼灣一家私人會所舉行。
此校友會的主要目標，是通過校友的情誼和參與精神，建立永久的聯繫和強大的網絡。所有來自管理學系的畢業校友、以及恒大其他學系的畢業校友，都可以加入成為終身會員。
