Biography
Professor Sea-Jin Chang is the Lim Kim San Chair Professor of Business Administration at the National University of Singapore. He earned his BA and MA in Economics from Seoul National University and his PhD in Strategic Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Professor Chang’s primary research focus is on the management of diversified multinational firms. He has served as an Area Editor for the Journal of International Business Studies and as an Associate Editor for the Strategic Management Journal. He is a Fellow of both the Strategic Management Society and the Academy of International Business.
