    Biography

    Professor Jason Shaw is the Head of the Division of Leadership, Management, and Organization, Shaw Foundation Chair in Business, and Professor at the College of Business, Nanyang Business School, Singapore. He previously served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Academy of Management Journal. His research has been published in leading academic journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Organizational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Management, among other prestigious outlets.
