The Business Experience Sharing Seminar, Series III was held on 26 November 2015. Dr. Steven Leung, Chief Administrator and Ms. Jessica Fu, Senior Manager of Glorious Sun Enterprises Ltd were invited as guest speakers.
They presented their company core value and business philosophy which were related to their strategy on human resources. They also shared the Glorious Suns’ Unique Model on strategic human resources management. For examples, they had their own corporate communication and volunteer teams. Through taking the Glorious Sun Group as a real case example, participants have gained a comprehensive understanding on how to build a strategic human resources management.
Participants were keen to know more about the strategic human resources management skills and all of them concentrated on what Dr. Steven Leung was talking.
